REFUND POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom and intellectual nature of our consulting services, refunds are limited as outlined below.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once a written report or analysis is delivered, no refunds are issued due to the custom nature of the work.

Pre-Delivery Cancellation

Cancellation before work begins qualifies for a full refund. Work begins upon signed engagement.

Partial Work Refund

If canceled after work begins but before delivery, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

No Refunds for Misunderstanding

Refunds are not granted due to client misunderstanding of our advisory-only service model.

Payment Timing

All refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Scope Changes

Requests to change project scope after initiation may incur additional fees; no refunds for original scope.

Force Majeure

No refunds if we cannot deliver due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war).
