Royal LogisticsGroup LLC provides consulting and advisory services only. We do not perform operational execution.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for implementing any recommendations and for all operational decisions.
Confidentiality
All information shared by the client is treated as confidential and used exclusively for service delivery.
Intellectual Property
All reports and deliverables remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license for internal use only.
No Guarantees
We provide expert analysis, but outcomes depend on client implementation. Results are not guaranteed.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 15 days. Late payments may incur fees or suspend further deliverables.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days written notice. Fees for completed work remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America.
